Reconnect with family and friends around the campfire

Big Skies is a real special find! The location, setting and scenery is completely stunning! The bell tents are comfortable and spacious, but the real high point for us was the freedom the children had to safely run around and explore.

Embrace the chocolate-box charm of quintessential rural England and either bring the whole brood or escape for a couples retreat, or why not book the whole site just for you and your friends! We can cater for broods of all shapes and sizes, and warmly welcome families and couples looking to enjoy some ‘me’ time in the great outdoors, but we are sorry to say that we don’t cater for stag dos.

Nestled in the heart of the captivating Cotswolds’, we are fortunate enough to be slap bang in the middle of this area of outstanding natural beauty and offer a down to earth glamping and camping experience which embraces getting back to nature with family, friends or your fury companion (yes we are dog friendly).

Picture this …sitting around the campfire, one of the most magical things to do when camping, telling stories and singing songs, toasting marshmallows, creating endless fun and laughter, and kids being kids, making the most of Mother Nature running free and wild in the wilderness!

Wake up to the singing of the Skylark and the distant call of the Cuckoo or the footsteps of passing deer. At night fall asleep to the sound of the hooting tawny owl under a blanket of a thousand stars.

So what are you waiting for? Come and create memories that you and your family will treasure fondly. Head to Big Skies Cotswold Glamping and immerse yourself in the much sought after Cotswold surroundings; get back to basics by connecting with nature and feed your soul. We promise you’ll leave with some very special Cotswold hospitality that will stay with you forever.

Camping

Big Skies is certified to run under a Greener Camping Club exemption certificate. This is such exciting news for us, meaning we are a part of a club with great ecological ethics. In order to book a stay at our site, each pitch or tent booked will be charged an additional small fee of £12, meaning the named individual on the booking will become a member of The Greener Camping Club for a period of one year. Membership will provide you access to 120+ Greener Camping sites around the country, all with the same ecological ethics. The Greener Camping Club is working alongside the woodland trust and for every booking, we will plant a tree or an area of nectar rich grassland.
